Wisnae there so can't comment. Always going to be ups and downs but really disappointing that we couldn't get all 3 points after last week's performance.

some of these players really need to take a good look at themselves. already one manager sacked and to turn in a performance like that in your new managers 2nd game is pathetic. if only a lot of them were as good as they think they are...

Can’t believe that was the same team that I watched demolish Falkirk last week. 2nd half was especially dire. Their keeper did not have one save to make, although I still can’t beleve McDonald’s miss.

Hopefully that was a blip instead of a return to normal.

    Same old same old .....

    Poor team performance....

He took an age to make a change when it was clear things weren’t working......

Could have been worse if not for Scobbie taking one for the team....twice...mind you his fault both times letting man get wrong side of him...

What a sitter from McDonald though ....

Sh*te game played in freezing cold conditions, against a team who were well up for the fight and fought for every ball on a tight wee pitch. thought they were well organised in two banks of five which United struggled to break down. Also thought our players were too static at times, the Brechin players sussed us out easily. Pity we didn’t clinch it at the end, but hey..... there will be more ups and downs this season, and not just for us.

    Typical United.
Big United support and the team doesn't perform.
We totally dominated the first half without penetrating too much.
Second half early we can't defend a simple corner.
    Brechin take heart.
It gets dark and freezing cold and team gets desperate.
Four of our players are in short sleeves in zero temperature what's that about?
Everyone was willing us to score
    Time runs out.

that was bitterly disappointing today, totally undid all the good work within a couple of mins of the second half with a ridiculously slack start and soft goal. After that I assumed the game with revert to the pattern of the second half, but Brechin were far more adventurous second half and we were woeful, MacDonald miss aside (harder to miss), we created zilch second half. Unfortunately we have one way of playing, and when it isnt working e.g. St Mirren a, Livi a, second half today, we just continue to play the same way, McKinnon's unbelievable decision not to bring in a target man to mix things up was criminal and hurting us.

Brechin second half deserved point and could easy have won it, looked dangerous at every corner, we carried little threat from corners and free kicks. Murdoch, Robson, Fraser, MacDonald, stanton i thought were all disappointing, King was good first half, disappeared second, Scobbies lack of pace was cruelly exposed.

These are games you have to find a way of winning when not at your best, think if we had had a target man to put on to make it stick in their box the last 15 we would have nicked it.
