Sadly we are hurtling to a defeat. Bowled out for 150 unless we find a hero.

Hi outwood running out of hero’s
Root gets 51 then out lbw next ball off a growing crack that could be helpful later - so 113-5 a lead of 87
Bairstow and Ali your time has come!
    Lunch at 119-5
Bedtime good night with fingers crossed.

Looks like we are going to lose by eight wickets.

Morning - or 10 wickets, so much for the crack on the pitch.

    10 wicket loss?!

    How did that happen?

3 days and we are in it.

The "two wickets for 7 run lead" in the second innings did for us.

Short balls at the tail-enders. Didn't our tactical coaches and highly paid cricketers see that coming? --never countered that in practice and on a relatively benign pitch?--I give up.

Not a great Australian team--despite all the hype--but if we lay down and have our tummy's felt say hello to 5-0.

Everyone saying in Australia we can't come back-and with this lot I have to agree.

    Soft and weak.

Some cheating going on too. Ali dismissed because the line drawn near the crease is wider than at the edges. How can that happen when they have a template that ensures all lines are drawn the same width

We are now hurtling to an innings defeat in the second test. Stokes you should have stayed at home then you could have come on tour!
