Can England win ashes in Australia?

Hope so. But on the face of it a huge task.

We seem to be going through a re-build and that's not the right time to be playing Australia on Australian soil.

Higher world ranking than Australia, can't see that carrying much weight, though.

    Cook and Root top batsmen.

    Broad and Anderson top bowlers.

Course we can, we need to not lose the First Test and then we will bring the Ashes home.

It looks like Stokes will be on his way out there soon too!

I don’t see why we can’t beat them and Bairstow and Ali could be crucial, will Stokes get their.

I think it will turn on how the relative rookies do so we will need runs from Stoneman Vince and Malan. If Ball plays then can he back up Broad and Anderson with some key wickets. If these selections come off then we can bring the Ashes back.

I'm sitting on the fence with this one.

I'm in 2 minds whether to stay up all night to watch it, I have another Scan on Friday at 11:30 and cannot eat or drink for 6 hours before,, so I may watch it to the end have a couple of hours kip to stop me craving and shunt off for the scan.

What you heard about Stokes being dispatched BT ?

There is a strong rumour the Stokes assault case is not strong enough for the CPS to prosecute. The Avon Bizzies have until the end of this week to decide whether or not to charge him.
