On a good Tuesday evening at the Valley, Charlton emerge the 2 - 1 winners from a testing game against Rochdale.

Jake Forster-Caskey was the goal scoring hero as he scored twice on 35 and 60 minutes cancelling Rochdale's early lead after Matthew Gillam scored on 13 minutes. Unusual for the opposing team to score so early at the Valley these days. Amos also made some outstanding saves to ensure the Add1cks kept all three points.
