I think we should let frecks go he can’t keep going for ever and I doubt he’s got a full season in him after this year. And if we are reshuffling our squad bringing new talent through we are going to need a new captain who will be able to keep up with the young ones for a good number of years. So as much as I love Frecklington I think for both him and the team it would be a good time to move on. 😭 I will miss him though

That's a bit of an understatement.

His appearances in the last four seasons (not including this one) are 39, 29, 27 and 22

There's a firm trend there.

True anything over 500k i would consider any less and it’s just not worth it

How can Vaulks be Frecklington's replacement.
He isn't anywhere near the same standard and he doesn't play the same style.
He's been with us 1.5 seasons so if he isn't doing it now he never will

Offer him a 12month contract.
Instead of sending Ben Wiles out on loan in January put him in the match-day squad, give him 15/20 mins Ben can learn a lot from Lee Frecklingtons attitude to football.
