Calling him a rat is insulting to rats. This Hague Tribunal is a joke. I still believe the death penalty is a necessary tool.

No. Mladic is a very vile and despicable person. If I were the ICJ I'd sentence him to be handed over to ISIS. 2 evil entities to deal with each other.
