It happens all a lot of forums, promotion and local rivals. I find a lot of the threads amusing, a lot of stuff said on forums wouldn't get repeated in the real world.

I really do wonder at some people's understanding of what the game is all about. If these teams are going to beat us, they will need to do better than one on-target shot per match!

I love the underlying scent of desperation in this one as the writer scrabbles about trying to come up with negatives:-

Fouls, time wasting, passes back to the goalie from half way line, hoofs upfield. Seems like Wolvesalona are not quite as sophisticated as they make out and some people believe. They were outplayed but unfortunately still won which is a good sign for them but there are a number of teams easily capable of beating them in this division (Derby, Villa, Boro, Wurzels, Fulham,us) so its not a forgone conclusion. We just need someone to give them a good beating, sooner rather than later, and their confidence could be hit badly.

I don't know who the Wurzels are, but we have already beaten the other teams listed. I wonder if he knows this - probably not even looked!

Thanks Abbo, I suspected that might be the case. Most people seem to call them Brizzle or similar. Wurzels could be Plymouth, Exeter, Bournemouth, Yeovil, Swindon, Cheltenham or both Bristol Clubs in my experience.
