Thats worris done fo last two seasons ESR. He sold their best player each year and used the income to buy also rans, hence the decline.
If he does come he'll spend the bank balance wiart touching his own brass. Its a bit like a lasses dad steadily saving money for his daughters future and a feckless boyfriend comes in and spends the lot on foreign holidays and expensive clooathes, then leeavs her penniless.
