Apparently mr bowler has resigned from companies set up by mr hassell. Don't know details at present but if correct does not bode well for Crewe Alexandra!

The Club cannot buy NH`s shares. Only another director or another person can purchase them. Do not know if there is a clause saying that the shares can only be sold to an existing director. Or whether an other person purchasing them has to have the approval of the other directors. Would be surprised if there was any activity or current interest in purchasing said shares. In our current precarious position there would be no surpise if the share value dropped considerably.
