Good interview but he became the manager in January so I'd prefer that to be the year anniversary
I spoke to Paul Warne for a lifestyle feature in today's Star. It's more about events off the field than on them. Interview was done two weeks ago.

Yes, a really good read Paul and an article which shows the human side of being a manager at a club with which he has such a strong affinity.
I really hope things work out for Warney.
What a lovely human being our manager is, refreshingly honest as ever, good read that, enjoyed it.
I don’t know anybody that doesn’t want Warne to succeed.
Met him at Burnley in hotel before game.
Genuinely nice guy.
Really hope the fans inside the ground don’t turn on him.
I think it’s frustration pal.
Doesn’t make it right I’ve had a moan on here about tactics and long term planning from the club.
He’s still learning just think he needed more experience around him. Hopefully results pick up quickly confidence is key in this environment for the club players and fans.
I also think in his defence he will always answer a question honestly unfortunately for some that’s not what they want to hear.
But if there is one bloke I want to succeed it’s PW.
Yeah a great article.
Really hope Warney can find a way turn it around and be rewarded for his commitment to this club and the job. It's evident to see how much he cares compared to almost anyone else that could be our manager. He is still learning- so if he is given the time i'm hoping we should see a progressive improvement in the team. Come on guys, let's get behind Paul and weather the storm.
He needs to stop obsessing with Guardiola and get on with his football knowledge in our games
