Wonder how far Briels and Toshney are from getting back from injury?

But we have Allardice, Fraser and Stanton who have all played defensive midfield and done ok. With a better description of their role, im sure they are a better option than moving Quinn or Durnan out of defense! I would even dare to say that King could be the one to move the ball on with Fyvie more of a sitting role.

A bit unjustifiably terse in the reply there!

I cant help it if that is the way the team is set up. However, it is hardly set in stone when in the last 3 games ive seen, Flood is usually the one holding back or covering the backs with Fyvie covering if Flood gets up the park. Fraser, Stanton and King have also chipped in, even McDonald, when Flood and Fyvie steam past em.

Apologies Chick it wasn't meant to be - was more aimed at our setup by previous managers - fyvie can do that role but as long as we win by 4 and play well i will be happy

McMullan for Flood and Scobbie for Quinn who drops to the bench.

    A bit harsh on Quinn.

Agreed, but hopefully McMullan seizes his opportunity and puts in a performance.
