Didn’t know that, surely he wasn’t offered more money by Wednesday?

Boyd was offered a longer confirmed contract of two years by the Owls. We offered him a better one year deal with an option for two years but the second year was dependent on the results of his first year. George took exception to that and moved on!

George wouldn't get in this team now and isn't pulling up any trees at Wednesday so it was probably the right decision for him to move on.

I would try to keep Deano for another year, Ward and Arfield should be given a 2 yr. anybody with a contract running out in 2019 apart from Walters and Bardsley needs to be given an extension this year. Lindegard and Ulvestad can go.
