Your point is.... ?
Shakespeare was sacked by Leicester when they were in the bottom 3. Since the new manager was appointed, Claude Peul, they have lost one in seven and are now eighth. Same squad. No excuses. No new players bought. Interesting?
Your point is.... ?
The point is simple. Get rid of waste of space Rafa and his crew before it's too late.
Let the new manager have 20 odd games to see us safe instead of 8 or 10.
My point is that one manager has got better results with the same squad. At Leicester, as far as I know, no one was complaining that it was all the fault of the chairman for under investment. I'm not saying that investment in players at NUFC has been enough. I agree that it isn't. But Puel didn't say 'I can't do any better until the Jan transfer window.' He turned around Leicester's results. But at NUFC no one seems to believe it's possible without new players.
look what sam hasdone at everton
manager at palace
and they arent their players
still get a tune out of them though
Is this the same Claude Puel who was sacked at Southampton for poor results, swings and roundabouts. And who would you like as our NEW manager ?? Leicester were an established premier league team when he took over, not the need so much to strengthen their team.WE are a promoted team and yes Rafa has spent some money, and some of the players haven't worked out, but sacking him is not the answer imo.
Southampton were eighth when Puel was sacked. I'm not calling for Benitez to be sacked or be replaced by anyone. I am making a point that one manager can get better results from the same squad so Rafa's excuses are wearing a bit thin.
Aye, but look at the team he had compared to this.
He chose to act like a right bell end and call them in from their day off to train, instead of just meeting them the next day.
No wonder we went down.
If Rafa gets binned right now then a new manager has time to bed the players in over Christmas just in time to find out what he can add in the right way for the team and not for his own inflated ego.
