I thought he had a good catch with Maggie P as she was also on TV with him, Alas the bliss didn't last too long and they were soon divorced.

I remember also back in the 70s when he was in a sit-com called "The Wackers" about a family in Liverpool. I cant remember much about the programme other than it was really stereotypical and wouldn't be acceptable these days.

Always a cheerful face despite his problems and such a young age to pass away,
