Australia 89 runs behind on 314 for 4, Smith 139, M Marsh 39, I should have trusted my instinct and gone to bed earlier

Well, they are 146 ahead with 6 wickets remaining. Tomorrow morning will probably see a couple of hours of carnage before we bat again needing to score 300+ to save the game. Plus ca change!

They should add another couple of hundred before declaring. Where is my vodka when I need it?

662-9 declared and Jimmy gets 4, Smith gets 239, Marsh doesn’t add to his overnight 181

Now we are 139-4 after another Cook and Root flop and Malan and Bairstow in from 100 with Vince getting 50.

    Rain to the rescue!

Please God let it rain in Perth (Australia) tomorrow?
