    Yinited

I was in the overgate centre today and noticed Yinited had a stall on the first floor selling their gear.

Has their club shop shut down ? ,or has the electric been cut aff ?

They seem to have more people working for them, or they may have abetter organised volunteer system.

They'll still pay a share plus rent for the stand.

Fair point. I assume we and they lease our shops and get a rent which will not vary much regardless of the income. You would think that after they had paid for the stand in the Overgate they might well have raised a bit more money because the profits were going directly to the club, but it could be that their shop operator took the stand and raised more money for themselves. I'd be surprised if their shop did not have some sort of agreement to protect their business from exactly this sort of action being taken by United. Busiest time of year apart from the launch, at the start of the new season, of the new strips, and United open up a direct sell shop to take away earnings in their shop. Seems unlikely to me, but it does seem like a good idea to put their shop into the Ov3ergate for the run up to Christmas.

Saw the ‘stall’ the other day.

    Phuckin minter.

Let the lower league teams ‘lead’ with that embarrassment.

Happy for us not to follow.
