we got pardew who at the time was a bit better than the manager we got at the time

have people not worked out one of the most profitable jobs per game is the manager

whats rafa on 5-7 mill a year
6 mill if we sack him

the bonus for getting us up

prem wages are a country ile more than the top european managers get

so why wouldnt one want to take a punt on us

BUT top managers are ambitious managers who wont be lured by the prospect of getting shafted every season by an owner who simply wants to increase his profit margin. FFS even the speculate to accumulate argument is redundant with Ashley. Aye that's like Pardew being on a private's wages with a promise of a generals spoils if he wins the was but against all odds.

Pardew was Ashley's puppet and presumed to be paying off a huge casino loan to Ashley thus working for peanuts as he was out of work and desperate for a job.
