Bruce gets totally out-managed yet again !

    Bruce out-managed yet again !

Trots out his well used “ Your only ever 1 defeat away from a crisis” err excuse me Steve but how DO you describe our last 5 results of 2 defeats 3 draws

Bruce has an unerring ability to take a player who’s proven/flourished under their previous coaches * see Hogan Hourihane Lansbury & attempt to recreate them - all he has achieved is their steady demise !

Oh by the way has James Bree been reported as a missing person with West Midlands Police ?

I had hoped we might catch a fleeting glimpse of Suliman, O'Hare ,McKirdy, & Bedeau

Instead its as you were or “The Magic Roundabout” featuring Glenn Whelan Ahmed Elmohamady Chris Samba Birkir Bjarnason & of course Mr A V F C Gabby !

Anyone who harbours belief that he can get a tune out of Gabby where 5 of our previous managers couldn't is clearly suffering from premature senile decay & way out of his depth

    But all is not lost

    Is it ????

Well as Villans Freer we are well known for our "we're doomed" mentality as soon as we stop winning, the jury is split almost down the middle on a Twitter poll for Bruce In/Out but his brand of football is seriously frustrating fans who go regularly and whose kids say they no longer want to go as it's boring football.

I agree with your points, there are very few games where we have played well - it doesn't take a genius to shore up the back 4 and put 2 DM's in front of them. But it does take a tactician to find a way to beat the teams in the top half of the division and make us less predictable, bit harsh on Samba though and Bjarnsson has hardly had a look-in.

For me the whole approach to games is wrong, I think our players are fed up with the boring and risk averse "football", so much so that they switch off and mistakes creep in. We should be on the front foot and taking the game to the opposition, pressing high up the pitch when we don't have the ball.
