Don't get to see us much these days, not missing much by the looks of it.

It's fine beating the part time p@sh in the league, but that's probably one of the most insipid performances I've seen in a while. We could've played for weeks and not had a shot on target never mind scored a goal!

We're a million miles from an average side, never mind a good side, and it's a long way back to where we want to be.

Not looking forward to the January transfer window either, hope we don't spunk cash and duds. That's the only players available in our price range.

Getting beaten wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the manner of the defeat, especially that second half performance.
Maybe unfair on Willo but if he goes off maybe we don't lose the first goal. Once we lost that goal we faded even more.
Worrying that we couldn't create even one single opportunity to test their keeper with a shot.

As LS says, no creativity at all. Zero. And that's a real worry. St Mirren reminded me of St Johnstone of old. Hard, physical, combative, but we gave them nothing to deal with. Be interesting to see who we bring in.

edit - one sweeping move down the left on 40 minutes where McDonald headed the cross back but that was it.

On the basis of tonight's performance, anyone who puts up a well organised hard working defence against us is in with a shout. We don't have the guts or guile to overcome them. Awful doesn't do it justice and rhe lack of options on the bench is worrying

How’s life in Dundee....You lot must be missing Jackie as it’s all been downhill since he left?!

Dreadful tonight but just to reflect.
Fyvie (one of our best players) gets injured for rest of season.
Robson acts like a tit in his motor.
We miss a penalty that McDonald really should have taken.
Flood (one of our best players) gets injured, tries to run it off meaning we're a man down and they score.
Fraser (one of our best players) gets injured while we are still in the game.
All the while St Mirren get endless pats on the back and go about singing sunshine lollipops and rainbows.
Is it really a surprise we got beat tonight?

And we really have been ****e away from home at times St M X2 Livi and 2nd half v the mighty Brechin.

Should have enough to nick a 1-0 on Tuesday in the Derby though happy days...

I don’t think the injuries are an excuse. 50+ mins or whatever it was and we didn’t create a chance in open play

We need to improve. We have decent players at this level. Matches away from home against any decent teams though and we seem to go missing.

The Hibs matches last year sometimes had intensity and some decent play.

    That tonight was shocking

Not a top of the table clash. It was pretty dire

Yep, really poor quality match from both sides. Actually embarrassing that it was on TV. Certainly no advert for the Championship.
