Funny thing is the BBC Sportsound crew lambasted Hamilton for not giving more notice to the Killie fans who were on their way to the game, yet today on the BBC Scottish football website there is nothing warning us that the game could be in doubt.Well done though to ST Mirren for letting us know.

I'm fairly certain Glasgow airport has more resources available to ensure the runways and surrounding areas are clear than a Championship football club who can't even afford to switch on the undersoil heating. **** sake.

When it comes to having the ability to clear the airport/pitch and surrounding areas, of course it is.

Sorry boy's geography has never been my strong point but if the road's to the airport are top priority for clearing would that not mean we should be able to get to ST Mirren's ground safely?.

To a point aye. We have the A9 to get thru as well and it's down to less than a single carriageway atm.

Just out of curiosity, would the clearing of the A9 come out of St mirren's budget then?

The snow is off in glasgow at the moment. The roads have been poor this morning but are now beginning to look alright. I will go out on a limb and suggest that as long as they have the snow off the pitch, the game will be on. The temp is not that cold and it's forecast for rain later. My biggest concern would be a waterlogged park. Fair play to any fans heading down for this one, safe journey.
