    Weather (St Mirren)

I wonder if there’s a risk to the game.

Freezing temperatures Thursday into Friday and snow forecast from early morning until 5pm on Friday.

The forecast does not look good and there risk to the game, but with it being screened live on BT. I'm sure they will have to work extra hard to get the game on.The pitch can be playable but police/local authorities can postpone a game if the public are in danger if entrances/exits to the ground are thought to be unsafe.

Im sure they will have been looking at the forecast and switched the heating on low to stop the pipes from freezing and have a bit of heat in the pitch. The heating will now have to be working full blast to keep the frost and snow away.

Hopefully they've not got an all weather pitch 😅 or it'll be off...

    From St Mirren Twitter.

The pitch is playable as things stand but there is concern about the surrounding areas around the stadium ahead of tonight’s scheduled match. We’ll have an update at 12pm when we have a better idea of how things are looking.
