You have to realise at SW is that they are using the “head coach” system like they do abroad.
In England we have managers who basically control everything, they buy and sell players and work with a budget.

However at SW they have a Committee that decide which players are bought and old.
Whoever is brought in has little influence and simply coach and pick the team.

This continental style instantly rules out loads of potential managers who want insist on more control.

It doesn’t surprise me that they’d want to choose a foreign yes man, who is told what players he can have and his job is to simply coach them and employ tactics. Their Chairman is power mad and it’ll probably all end in tiers.

Very true. Doyen decide who the pigs sign. And long may that continue.

Are they how folk with a stammer say p i ss flaps? Or does the extended wording depict them as being just like John Waynes saddlebags?

Which committee is that ASM? I thought they sacked them all not long after the committee was formed. Remember Roeder and the gang? Rumour has it Carlos wasn't happy so the Chanser got shut.

Not sure who this committee is now, other than it consists of The Chanser, Chansiri and Tuna man
