    Transfer fees

    Just seen Ross Barkely going to Chelsea for 15m.

    There was a time when chins would have hit the table at such a figure but this looks like really good value.

    Assombalonga joined Boro for similar money.

    Good work from Chelsea though having watched them at Arsenal the other night difficult to see where he slots in!

    Don't be surprised if you end buying him. Lots of promoted clubs end up panic buying players.
