Well I started watching and 'supporting' the NFL Abbo when Ch4 began, and started showing it back in about 1984-5 ish. Remember there was no Sky tv in those days and there wasnt even a Ch5 yet at that time!!.
As a Dallas fan I remember those days when John Riggins was the star Rb at Washington, wasnt his number 44 and wasnt their Qb at the time Joe Theismann ?.

Not sure about his number Acido but Theismann does sound like the QB. Well into his sixties now he still looks a big fit guy. He was chopping hickory logs as if they were splinters.

Well its onto the Superbowl and Im totally peed off with both teams.
Werent New England so lucky to beat Jacksonville as it turned out, and once again the opposition (both Atlanta & Minnesota now) didnt turn up at the over rated Philadelphia team.
