I went there as a student when the idea was just conceived and met the bloke behind it. Absolutely nothing there. Went again a few years later when it was up and running. Brilliant. The guide asked for any volunteers to leg the Dudley tunnel. My arm shot up like a schoolkid (much to the embarrassment of my family). They were all cringing as I did the business. I still have my 'I've legged the Dudley tunnel' biro.

I loved going on the Severn Valley Railway too.
