If sinkov had is wicked way, Dianne Abbot would be in charge of the FA. He loves black, women with a socialist bent.
.
so....they'll be sure to interview at least one extra applicant for - jobs...just as long as they hold the necessary qualifications - and that doesn't of course mean that those special one's in receipt of this benefit will automatically be given the job, but it certainly will mean that they'll be guaranteed to be given an interview....because the rule is, that they have to be given an interview, even if all of the other applicants are more qualified for the job. So being that the F.A are committed to interviewing people who's chance of getting appointed could essentialy be none - then how much will they be paying them ?.....because who in their right mind would would waste their time on such an unnecessary dialogue - for nothing.
This was proposed a few years back, they asked Paul Ince about it, and he was dead set against it. What would happen he said, is that he and one or two other black coaches would get an interview for every job going, they'd be endlessly up and down the M1 or M6, and at the end of the day, they still wouldn't get the job. He doubted he'd be able to afford the petrol bill, but I suspect he was joking about that aspect of it.
But he's right, just another PC gimmick, we do truly live in a lunatic asylum. Still, it'll keep the moronic twitterati off the backs of the FA, while in the meantime the black coaches will just have to put up with their increased petrol bills.
What comes next though, two or three years down the line, when we still don't have many black coaches ?

Agreed. Once you go down this road, what about other groups? ***uality, ***, religion, disabled...
Although I DO find it strange that, given the large number of black players, there are no black coaches.
Why is this?
