    There are plenty of poor people in the world who can behave and are well mannered so surely it isn't down to economics.

    Absolutely agree it's nothing to do with economics and poor human nature is just as prevalent amongst the professions if not more so .

    I don't know shagging pigs and burning notes in front of homeless people, may be a little to do with falling in with the wrong crowed too, but it doesn't hurt your chances of becoming Prime minister of the country. What a great world we live in.
