Why did you have to remind us?

I remember watching highlights of that on a fuzzy screened black and white TV in my bedroom. I was so angry, I couldnīt get to sleep.

I love watching old footage like that (even though the result was cr@p). The smell of the brewery, pushing and shoving, open to the elements. Aye all seated has made it much more comfortable and safer, but I must admit the atmosphere was much better and the wise craics were superb. The scoreboard was state of the art as well.

Without trying to sound like a reminiscing old git, the match day experience was better then. It certainly was a better craic (scoreboard v corner v in the seats!) and thereīs no comparison in atmosphere - our stadium is fantastic now but rather sterile and if I was involved with the club then Iīd be trying to do something about it. The flags are a good start but we need safe standing and to have a look at the acoustics too.
