Perhaps it'll turn out that he's been a very silly boy. I do hope he gets his chance there though as his performances for us have earned him one.

I've never used Forest Mad as far as I can remember but it seems to be ounty's most active forum, even though it used to be a lot busier.

How could he have gone for the money? He wouldn't be earning any different if he was here still. If he had a pay rise in his new contract with Forest they would have paid the extra money (if we were paying 100% of his last wage) as our agreement was already set with his previous wage. Yates would earn whatever his Forest contract says regardless of who is actually paying him the money.

Iíve heard from a fairly good source that Scunny have paid £100 k loan fee which is why Forest were so keen to get him out there.

Missed him today, wide open through the middle at times.

Yes, I'm very surprised. What exactly does he need to 'settle in' to?

True, the only reason you can imagine that he has gone to Scunny is to get L1 experience, rather than L2 as he feels it get's him a step nearer where he wants to be. IE, Florists 1st team.

Doubt they'd pay that much for a six-month loan.

Certainly getting a bit terse with AH and a few on Twitter about the way the loan was curtailed.

Interesting that AH says the decision was made BEFORE new manager took over:

Decision made before new manager took over. So what changed....? 🤔

Which decision tho? The written decision to allow him to stay till the end of the season or the decision to recall him?

It was in response to the recall so I read it as the latter.

Thanks. Donít worry about @GazBraz and myself. He is definitely the teacher and Iím the student. We are allowed to disagree and yet still stay united for the common cause 👍👍

So, it seems he may have had a disagreement with Gary Brazil over Yates. But it looks like they have made it up now as KN is talking about looking at more Forest loanees.
