I'm not even sure it's london, i think he just wants to get to a league where he knows he can score.

Hasn't his missus just had a kid as well?

Aye, if replacements can be got we'll see back of him and Mitro i suspect.

I also suspect that on Feb 1st they'll both still be at the club.

Bournemouth beating Arsenal makes the task a little harder.

The simple answer is that he's Chimpo standard at best. The Prem is too big and hard for him. Let him go to the highest bidder as quick as possible and replace with a bit of Premiership real quality.

I agree Expat, he knocks them in for fun in the Championship but he just lacks that bit of quality and confidence to make it in the big league.

Problem is attracting a quality replacement - same for any player that we let go.

We needed the sale to be done by now and a proper January budget put in place. But who's going to pay £350m for a team destined for another relegation. And which quality players would fancy a relegation battle.

    The Fat ****er strikes again!

We are buggered and new players were our only salvation.

I really thought that we would be adding 3 or 4 decent players but it ain't happening and there is only one man to blame. He should have gone with a quick sale and he would still have made a good profit.

But he clearly wants to make sure that the deal is delayed long enough to all but guarantee more misery.

16 games to put it right .I'd rather Rafa chances than McLaren pardew or anyone else

At this stage, i'd genuinely take just 2 quality players joining in Jan and to be honest i'm not convinced we're going to get 2, let alone 2 quality.
