    I heard we offered a couple of our first team regulars to Lochee Albion (bottom of Midlands Amateur Div1. Pd 14 Pts –3 GD –120)

    Our players didn't want to go because they weren't guaranteed a game every week.

    I don't blame them. They would have lost out on the 37 pence per game appearance money.

    According to DFC Thomson in today's Courier (Perth Sleepy Hollow edition) Malonga was sent away because he wasn't even close to being fit enough to play right now. Same could have been said of big Emil at the Falkirk game though.
