O/T and irrelevant bit of trivia.

Just a little problem to take your minds off the bigger one.

What has four letters, sometimes has nine letters and never has five letters.

The man who invented it doesn't want it. The man who bought it doesn't need it. The man who needs it doesn't know it. What is it?

I thought you or Zippity would be first past the post.

The correct answer is that it's a statement with a full stop as opposed to a question with a question mark.

    For clarity,

    What has 4 letters

    sometimes has 7

    and never has 5
