welcome Lavery, 25yr old striker who hasn’t scored many and some moan about JCH
    I’m glad it’s a loan

I'd rather pass judgement after PW and RB have coached him.....in a Keiffer and M Smith type way

Obviously but on paper it’s nothing to get excited about.

    3rd 4th 5th choice?

He's got a strike rate slightly better than 1 in 5. JCH is worse than 1 in 7.
    Welcome Caolan.

Well you would think so especially at 25 yrs old.

I’m not saying he’s rubbish but unless he hits ground running he’s not going to be 1st or 2nd choice is he? That’s why I’m saying I’m glad it’s a loan

Dunno it could be horses for courses millertop. Ball is a different type player to Lavery. I would imagine Yates will get shoved down the pecking order. I can see warney choosing to suit the opposition in the run in.

Lavery had been in England 7 season though only played 106 games in all competitions scoring 20 goals.
Strangly his starts are only 44 games..

Would be interesting to see goals per minute stats as that would change his 1 in 5 ratio a lot
