What an underrated player he was. Big strong pacy powerful and he should have won more than 5 English caps. How Alan Pardew could do with someone like him up front now.He was certainly a major pioneer for black players making their way in the game. Am I correct in saying he scored an absolute screamer for WBA maybe against Norwich which was goal of the month/season on MOTD all those years ago. I can still see it now . Someone please confirm that for me. A true ambassador for the game in more ways than one He’ll be alongside Laurie Cunningham once again.
