I watched Snatch but I don't think I've seen Blitz, which I shall promptly do.

Saw "The devil wears Prada" for the first time earlier this week on TV. I quite enjoyed it. I very much enjoyed the transition from caterpillar to butterfly and back again of the female support role played by Anne Hathaway.

Watched Blitz, almost as good as Snatch IMO

I saw Suffragette on Film 4 the other night. The way the Police treated peaceful demonstrations in those days was truly sickening. They just waded into groups of defenceless women & beat the living daylights out of them. It was a reminder what we had to put up with to achieve a achieve a fair civilised society . Unfortunately that ideal is still Work in Progress.

Watched The Rosary Murders starring one of my all time favourites - Donald Sutherland, another command performance.

Unbeatable for quotes: 'Never underestimate the predictability of stupidity'.

Oh, I just thought that was a comedy.

I had the misfortune to watch the "Wonderwoman wins World War 1 without a scratch on her" film over the weekend. Truly ****e, pathetic waste of whatever its budget was.
