You just have to sign up Brin,i had to do it myself,no problems after that.

I've signed up but every time I attempt to log in it says I have my ad blocker on and asks if I want to reset my password, which I have attempted time and again.

Odd one is this.

If I access the thread on my PC the "subscibe box" pops up.

However if I access the thread on my phone I don't get the pop up box and I can read the article. I've not subscribed to the Star, so maybe it's possible to over ride the subscribe requirement if you have a pop up blocker (not an ad blocker)?
