it would be nice to hear stavelys side of the breakdown

the fact ash has gne on record to blame her makes me feel if he isnt right she may give her side

if it is as simple as he said the club was 300 mill and we didnt then you cant blame ash for pulling out
would you sell your house for a lot less than you valued it

seems some say he was willing at first to take installments etc makes me believe he was doing as much as he could to get the deal done

if she low balled him thinking the fans media etc would make him buckle she has underestimated him

That would depend on whether my valuation was realistic.

If he thinks his is, he'll have them queuing at the door surely ?

Your house is worth what someone is prepared to pay for it at any given time. Not what you, or indeed an estate agent says it is worth.

It could be less than your valuation, or more if there are more than one bidder.

George caulkin reporting 2 sources close to shavley and co tell him that ashleys lying and there has been a bid on the table since november......expect a statement soon.

likes a good olde porkie does fat mike....i hope he loses every penny he has and is reduced to giving tramps a BJ for a drink of cider.

im sure there has been a bid or they wouldnt have been able to look at the books i guess

but it was an opening bid and not ashlys valuation

would we all be moaning if he had stole the club from sheppard and only paid 80 mill for it then put no money in

i wonder if these couldnt or wouldnt bid 300 k for the club
would have spent the money we thought anyway

maybe just maybe we have dodged a bullit

I think we've just got to stay positive. This is clearly going to run and run. Ashley loves being the centre of attention, being full of his own self importance and having thousands hanging on his decisions. That is the sign of a human with a narcissistic personality is it not?.

Some sources seem to indicate that when the new tv deal is announced and if we stay up a new bid may appear.

I hope that there right and that we stay up but i also think (at the minute) it is a forlorn hope
