Ah! I see what you did there OC.

It's a bit of a bugger when a Burnley fan of 55 years standing (I am 65) can't find any mates on Clarets-Mad.

It's even worse when I get booed on to Turf Moor.

Thought I would just slip it in, 59 -60.
Don’t beat yourself up - I’ll be your mate, but mates don’t always agree - they agree to differ.

Bloody hell, that break at Northcote soon wore off?
Please check your facts 59/60, I put up a report of Minford's and predicted that it would not receive the same prominence in the Remoaner media as others predicting doom and disaster, nor would it be accepted as credible like all the others, and it didn't and it wasn't. Nowhere did I say it's forecasts were correct or even reliable. Except apparently in your imagination.

All I can seriously ascertain is the EU talks a better game than it actually delivers. Smoke and mirrors, just more bloody smoke and mirrors!

We seriously need to get the fcuk out of the whole sorry charade.
Here we go, agreeing again BT. And horrendously expensive smoke and mirrors at that. It's only a matter of time though, the whole sorry, corrupt edifice will come crashing down soon enough, better we're already out of it when it does.

This all sounds fair and reasonable to me.

Surprisingly he doesn't seem to acknowledge, or even recognise, the difference between membership of the single market and access to the single market. Which makes me very suspicious of his motives. And as always there's no mention of the other side of the coin, it's always how we access their markets, no mention of under what terms Citroen, Renault etc will be able to access our market. And the French and EU in general sells far more to us than we do to them.

But generally he does sound reasonable, in reality I would be as wary negotiating with him as I would be trying to feed titbits to a cobra.
