Rafa has implemented he will walkif stavely and ash don't start the negotiations again

He feels let down by both and feels both could have done more

Is this public knowledge? If true, we're f*cked. Don't see any manager other than Rafa keeping us up with this squad.

I hope Rafa walks after the Man City game.
I'd like to see him sacked but it'll mean he gets a big pay off that he doesn't deserve.

I'm one of these strange people who judges a manager by his results not by reputation or whether he's a nice guy. I can't help drawing comparisons with his predecessors and ask myself, are his results any better this season? Or better still, compare him with Brighton and Huddersfield who haven't got great squads or managers who've had much money to spend. I'm sure that if we finish 20th and Rafa walks, this board will be full of posts saying how we've lost the best manager we've ever had.

If he buys a goalkeeper, winger and left back -or gets them on loan -instead of a striker then what little confidence I've got in him will evaporate.

I hate to agree Occult but if that happens then I would be asking some questions as well. Its blatantly obvious whats needed and it s NOT goalkeeper, winger, left back. Yes we do need to improve the left back position, AT SOME POINT, but not now,get a striker in PLEEEEZZZE
