There are a few contractors who fit the pitches. A simple Google check would tell you that.

Work on relaying the much-maligned Hillsborough pitch is well under way.

I remember well. There was some speculation at the time that the oinkers had rushed in an order so they wouldn't fall behind their inferior neighbours, and as Desso were fully booked they had to use a sub contractor. As I say it was pure speculation and I'm sure the sub contractor was fully qualified to install the pitch and worked to Dessos own practices and standards.
