    Marco Silva

He's had an eventful eigh**** months or so in England, did quite well at Hull City last season, but couldn't save the club from the drop. He then moved to Watford in the summer, started the season well and was linked to the Everton vacancy after Ronald Koeman left the club. As will all know the Everton job went to Big Sam.

Marco Silva now finds himself out of work after getting the boot earlier today.

Some clubs expect just that bit too much these days.

Reckon he will do well at another club, maybe Championship level and get them promoted.

Stoke probably wishing they had waited just a bit longer when making their hire.

I don't think Marco Silva will be out of work too long. Watford haven't wasted much time in bringing in Javi Gracia as his replacement.

I wonder if he will see out the eigh**** month contract he has signed?

With the way Watford cycles through managers, I can’t see him staying unless they climb up to 7th/8th place. But they’re 8 points behind that position now.
