    Why not Klinsmann??

Underwhelmed by this as im one of the few who loves wat hing scotland games still.

He's probably as Scots go...one of the better options but I wouldve tried something different.

    Sir alex...yooohooooooooooo?

Id also just like to say that I think scotland has a great future.
We are actually a very decent team now that the defensive ****e has gone (and strachan).
We have superb defenders..wait for McKenna to get his chance soon too.

    Watch this space..youll be surprised.

    I disagree....

We will never have a great future with the dinasaurs we have running the game.

We are screwed until there is a mass clear out and we stop running a game round 2 teams.

Appointing McLeish is just, more of the same....

He only got a 2 year contract.
If/when he makes a c**t of it he might not last long.
He’ll no doubt sook in with the SFA and back this farcical trip to Peru in June.

    Seriously?
Where are these “superb defenders” (for international level).
We have two. Both left backs.

    Correct.
The SFA have proven themselves to be corrupt. Blatantly disregarding cheating over a decade.
And now appointing a beneficiary of the cheating.
    Sorry... the SFA can GTF.
I genuinely don’t care if they win or lose.
And that’s down to their swicking.
    B@stard masons I tell ye.

Wonder what the odds are of him seeing out the two years? He’ll be off as soon as Walsall come in for him - but enough time for him to afford the likes of Halliday, Holt, Bates and McCrorie to be able to tell the granbairns that they played for their country.

McLeish took that job out in Egypt (with his complexion) that tells you how desperate the man has got in the last few years. How long did he last there? 3 months or so? I hardly see his appointment inspiring any of the players either. SFA have mucked up their plan A (who we never probably stood a chance of securing in the first place) and they had no idea who to go for next.

He’ll likely be there for the duration as no self respecting club would touch him.
    He’s way past it.
