Time to call it quits.
Or just sack everyone at the SFA and arrest Strachan and McGhee.
McInnes will jump up the pecking order now I'd imagine.
Glasgow press probably delayed the announcement to coincide with our trip to falling apart Ibrox in a hope to unsettle the club again.
The job is perfect for Willie Miller
I would have turned it down too given he was being offered less money to take a job with a fraction of the job security and where the supporters have a proven track record of instinctively reaching for a pitchfork at the first sign of trouble.
Would really just need a manager that picks the best 11, rather than the same old has beens.
Someone who has the balls to pick talented (not necessarily young talent) but players that can grow into the team.
They'll offer it to Fat Sally if he's finished his gardening.
Lets face it
You don't have to wheel and deal to buy players you can afford.
You don't have to bother with in depth tactics, the players aren't together long enough for that. Keep it simple.
Just pick the best players THAT ARE ON FORM, no need for loyalty.
Give them a ball and say "get stuck into them lads"
Can you honestly say that approach would be any less successful than what we've had lately?
They've dodged a bullet there I think.
Not that they'll chose anyone better.
