Allegedly, according to Lee Ryder (I know, I know).
We're hoping to get a new striker sorted this week, alongside Kenedy deal.
This striker if and it is a big if, comes off will have to break our transfer record.
I hope it happens but i can see it being "we just failed to get him over hte line" etc. The only reason i'm slightly more confident is that a lot of our deals in the past have come from nowhere with few names linked and a striker purchase feels more like that.
If however it does happen - any thoughts on who it might be?
Ramirez seems to talked about as a loan deal, as does Sturridge and Ings.
So i'm fairly stumped.
