    Could we be facing a points deduction

    For inadvertently showing a replay of the penalty incident on the big screen, EFL rules forbid replays of controversial decisions that make the ref look a fool

    What do you mean controverial? The ref said no penalty. End of story

    It would be interesting to know what possible repercussions the EFL rules allow for this transgression. Probably a clause making the public hanging of our top scorer compulsory... wouldn't surprise Derby fans

    we could live with it if it were the public hanging of our top scorer based on average over the last 4 years!!
