    Morton at home

A big game and a difficult one, they are better on the road than at home, their only defeat away from home this season was earlier this season against us at Tannadice

Will be difficult but must do all we can to make it 6 wins in a row at home in the league, Dunfermline v St Mirren is Friday night too, worst case scenario has to be the gap being the same

Looking ahead, if we do win, ICT away the following weekend - they have the cup replay mid week before playing us, extra time would be nice there

My head has just gone into meltdown with all ive just read! Injuries seem to be the only thing we are successful at winning this season.

Was gonna be a hard game anyway and i just hope the ones that are left can lift themselves to do the biz. Fingers crossed Murdoch is back for a starting spot and nobody else gets a training ground injury!

Are we at bare bones with these?

    Lewis,
    Murdoch, Durnan, Quinn, Robson,
    Lyng, Slater, Flood, King,
    McDonald, Mikkelsen.

Think big Phil took an injury at one point on Saturday but i wouldnt worry if the new lad started from what ive read on here!

Unfortunately they're all must win games for us now and relying on St Midden to slip up at least twice along the way. The team needs to show consistency and will to win with the new boys gelling quickly. Any more games where we just turn up and don't show any fight and we are stuffed.

Our injuries are a nightmare really shocking scobbie out for 2 months maybe and now keatings to get an op. Fyvie, Fraser, Keats, scobbie, edge, murdoch, toshney, briels - all long term injuries. That and the small squad we had is pretty much why we are struggling again.

Before the season started, aside from Toshney perhaps, you'd have picked every one of them as starters too.

I think this weekend could be a turning point in the title race. St Mirren lucky to get away with 4 conceded v sheep and hopefully defence a bit shaky at a tough away game v pars.

United should take care of Morton at home, despite us being mince in general, home record in championship been superb.

if it goes the other way then it would be curtains for finishing top imo.

This is no indicator of a team that would play and win, but it just shows how bad our injury issues have been this season!

Deniz,(only in because i needed a keeper and he has not played due Lewis being here)
    Toshney, Scobbie, Edje, Murdoch,
    Fyvie, Briels,
    Keatings, Fraser, Stanton,
    Matty Smith,

Consider we started the season with an 18 man squad, 8 of these appear to be out for this weekend with maybe Mikkelsen struggling as well.

Think Shabba needs to take a few gambles to make it through the next few weeks, on the pitch and in the transfer market!
