Uncle Albert was a Charlton fan.
During the war times were tough yet Charlton players played for free and in turn the local fish men gave them Haddocck for in lieu of wages.
Hence Charlton got their nickname the "Addicks" ,,,,Luvvly jubbly ....

I saw an episode of the Fools n Horses the other day where the refereed to the lack of intelligence of the average Millwall fan being low and then making reference to the difficulty getting a ticket to Stamford Bridge which made me think they are Chelsea fans. I always thought they were Wall and Charlton

Correct they were Wall And Charlton.
Rodneys middle name was Charlton Athletic as his mum was a Charlton fan and Dels side was Millwall. If you watch "rock and chips" it kind of explains it.
