Is the squad stronger now ?

    As stated by AH
Will be stronger at the end of January than at the beginning
    Young defender as cover
Young striker with no scoring pedigree
Must be good enough to walk into the first 11

The defender Ben Hall I'm OK with. Not well known, but Brighton are good at spotting talent and he could be their next Lewis Dunk. At least he looks like a proper centre-half too, so he should be physically OK in League Two.

I think the striker signing looks like a last-minute back-up, not the main target.

And we still have Forte ? That's a surprise.

Overall you'd have to say yes.

All 5 who have come in will compete for starting XI spots, and be in every match day squad when fit / not suspended.

Only one who has left ticks the same boxes - unfortunately Yates was probably our player of the season to the point that he was moved on.

Would I rather still have Yates and none of the others...? Possibly.

Nevertheless, it has to be conceded that we've now got better cover for an injury / suspension crisis, so yes, the squad is stronger.

It's not clear how often the team will be however.

We probably missed out i think AH said to someone he went to a top 7 league 1 club instead. We are bigger... Stronger nope.
Will we end up in top 3 nope
Will we be in the top 8 I honestly am worried we will.

Aye, joining all the dots, looks like we were in for Bogle and got close to getting him.

Got to give the club some credit for having a contingency plan in place to at least get another forward in even if it does look like more of a punt than a banker.

Let's home the next few months finds Bennett kick starting his career.
