I worked at RDGH for 7 years so it was partly based on observation.
The official Asian population of Rotherham is about 7%, even given the true population is probably at least 10%, the number of Asian patients I saw in the hospital over the years was above that most of the time, there were wards that were all Asian patients except for one or maybe two white patients.
