    Decent Bosmans

Some decent players out of contract this summer and surely worth an approach. Standout obviously Mulumbu and though unlikely - got to be worth asking. I'd take in Jason Naismith and maybe Alex Schalk for his versatility. Mannus would be experienced cheap goalkeeping cover to take Rogers place on bench.

McGeouch keeps getting mentioned and Crawford has patches of form that would have him as a maybe.

With O'Connor, McLean, Maynard, Stewart, Ball, Nwakali and Rogers all away at the end of the season - good opportunity to tie up free replacements in advance - leaving the budget to chuck at Celtic to get Christie up full-time.

Jay Spearing (Blackpool) would be a quality holding midfield addition and purely on family pedigree, Christian Oxlade-Chamberlain (Portsmouth) could be worth a gamble.

Yes, a few good available bosman signings. I don’t want Mannus as back up keeper as I don’t rate him at all though. Mulumbu seems very decent for Kilmarnock and surely we would get info from his agent about wages etc.
We will have to make 2 or 3 decent signings at least in the summer to improve on where we are at the moment. Looking forward to the summer window and to see what business we do.

Apparently bordeaux were sniffing about mulumbu in jan transfer window but were rebuffed by killie so if he has teams of that pedigree looking at him id say that rules us out of signing him in the summer
